A verified view of the public writers this hive follows. The bridge signs this state; this page verifies it in your browser, then reads each writer’s public profile. It has no bridge-host access.

Owners can add or remove one public writer. Your signer publishes a narrow, bridge-addressed command; the bridge verifies that you are an approver, persists the change, and begins the consent invitation. This page never receives bridge-host access.
waggle asks each writer once, ever. There is no retry and no second invitation — silence is a no, and asking twice is harassment. If nothing comes back, that is the answer, not a failed send. Asks are also capped per hour; the remaining budget is shown on the Config tab, and a refusal at the cap is not a broken send either.
- Carrying — the author signed a current consent for this hive.
- Grandfathered — carried, with no consent record. A permanent exception for writers who were already being followed before consent existed. Their posts cross because they are exempt, not because they agreed.
- No consent — carried, gate off — nobody has consented and nothing is enforcing it, so the posts cross anyway. Turning the consent gate on changes these rows to Held.
- Asked — waiting on them — waggle delivered one consent invitation. There is no second one: asking twice is harassment, and silence is a no.
- Held, no consent — the gate is on and this author has not consented, so every post is dropped. Held, not lost, and the reason is logged.
- Withdrawn — the author withdrew their own consent. Only they can do that.
- Rejected by you — never asked — you muted this writer. They will never receive a consent invitation while that stands.
